What's exciting about the role

We’re looking for a strategic, digitally savvy Director of ABM and Field Marketing to build and lead Verifone’s global account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, while also supporting campaign execution across North America and our Petro business. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong cross-functional coordination with digital marketing, sales, events, and product teams.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • ABM Strategy Development: Design and implement Verifone’s global ABM practice, aligning sales and marketing goals to target enterprise accounts effectively.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns focused on our core verticals, with special focus on the North American and Petro segments.
  • Sales Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between marketing and sales, ensuring ABM and field programs are deeply aligned with account plans and sales objectives.
  • Event ROI Tracking: Partner with events team to track leads, engagement, and ROI for trade shows, industry events, and field activations.
  • Demandbase Expertise: Serve as the primary Demandbase user and evangelist, leveraging its capabilities for targeting, personalization, and measurement.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting on ABM and campaign performance to internal stakeholders, including pipeline contribution and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on ABM, digital campaigns, and/or field marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and how to support it with marketing programs
  • Experience supporting Petro, Retail, QSR, or enterprise industries a plus
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report on metrics and improve performance
  • Proven ability to influence sales and executive stakeholders
