What's exciting about the role
The Field Service Coordinator supports our field services operations across Latin America. This position is responsible for managing and following up on customer requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Verifone and our external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of field services operations, particularly in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Manage and support daily operational tasks including:
- Daily reporting
- Invoicing
- Special projects
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure service quality and performance.
- Handle inventory-related tasks and logistics coordination.
- Gather and organize technical and operational data from vendors.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests related to Field Services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is not required but is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field services or a related operational role.
- Strong understanding of the field services market in Mexico, including working with technicians and merchants.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report manipulation, and KPI tracking.
- Experience with inventory management and operational logistics.
- Excellent communication skills:
- Spanish fluency required
- English proficiency for internal communication with managers and directors
